How the AR trial works
The first time you tap AR identify, a 7-day timer starts on the server. AR is fully unlocked for those seven days. After that, you need the Homeowner Unlock or a Pro plan to keep using AR. Trial is tied to your account, so reinstalling the app or switching devices will not reset it.
Refunds
Purchases go through Apple. Refund requests are handled through Apple's standard process — open the App Store, tap your account, select Purchase History, and request a refund on the receipt.
