Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and WeaveHub Technologies LLC ("we", "us") and govern your use of the Breaker Map iOS application and our website at breakermap.app (the "Service"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms supplement Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies to your use of the iOS application.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your place of residence, to use the Service.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your content

You retain ownership of the panels, photos, labels, and other content you create in the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service for you and the collaborators you invite.

Sharing

The Service lets you invite others to view or edit a panel by email or QR code. You are responsible for who you invite and for the accuracy of the access you grant. You can revoke any share at any time from the app.

Subscriptions and one-time purchases

Some features require a paid plan. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.

• Auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each subscription period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Managing or cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iOS device settings: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current period.
• One-time purchases (such as the Homeowner Unlock) do not auto-renew.
• Refunds. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not process refunds for purchases made through the App Store.

Free trial of AR features

The first time you enable AR identify, a 7-day free trial of AR begins. The trial is not a paid subscription, no payment information is required to start it, and no charge is made at trial end — AR features simply lock and remain available with a Homeowner Unlock or a Pro plan.

Safety

Breaker Map is a documentation tool. It is informational only and is not a substitute for the advice of a licensed electrician. Never rely on labels stored in the app for safety-critical decisions. Always shut off power at the main and verify with a meter before touching any circuit. We make no warranty that any label or other content is accurate.

Acceptable use

You will not use the Service to break the law, harm anyone, interfere with the Service, attempt to access data belonging to other users, or upload content you do not have the right to upload.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEAVEHUB TECHNOLOGIES LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) US $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages. In those jurisdictions, the limitations above apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your content, or your improper sharing of panel access.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account from within the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimer of warranty, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you have under the laws of your place of residence.

Apple-specific terms

These Terms are between you and WeaveHub Technologies LLC, not with Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Service. In the event of a failure of the Service to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the iOS application; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the Service. We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Service, including product liability claims, claims that the Service fails to conform to legal requirements, and claims arising under consumer-protection or similar legislation. We, not Apple, are responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any third-party intellectual-property claim.

You represent that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will give you reasonable notice in the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
